In today’s age, the hype of crypto and indices is growing day by day. The world is modernizing and getting more advanced. The future is technology, and so the youth is flooding into the trading industry and making waves and taking the game to the next level. It is rapidly expanding and escalating, which made me fascinated. My friends and family were already in the trading industry in my surroundings, and when I had asked for advice, they told me all about the online trading methods.
Reading it made me more invested, and henceforth I jumped on the trend. I had started by getting scammed, and although it was upsetting, it made me gain experience and knowledge of the do’s and don’ts in this field. Of course, I had the advantage of trading by reading the recommended book, but it only made me wonder about the youth and the people who are getting into trading and in the same position as I am but have no source for knowledge and guidance.
As I have tried using many other brokers but ended up get cheated on, it was hard for me to get back into trading, but after using this broker, it had gained back my trust, and I was able to gain a more positive and pleasant experience using TopMarketCap. Here is a detailed review of my involvement and how it has also helped me improve my expertise simultaneously.
First Impression:
Although the theme is dark and isn’t very easy on the eye, and gives the website a dull look, I cherished the graphics that gave a livelier look to the main page and balanced it. The color contrast could have been a bit brighter, but then again, it’s just my opinion. The date and time are given at the top right corner of the screen. The available languages are English and German only. It would be better if they added a more extensive range of languages to reach the international clientele, facilitating them to enjoy this trading platform.

The layout was arranged correctly and had all the required material with complete information. It consisted of Education Center, Trading Platform, Account Type, and Info. The account type further consists of eBooks, Glossary, Asset Index, and FAQs. The Account type has the diversity of all the provided features that may suit the traders according to their preferences. In all, the layout is neat and well put together. The little summaries provided on the site are beneficial and convenient, especially for all novice traders. The security information is given at the end of the main page. It is accessible and appropriate for all beginners, even I did not face a hard time using this broker.
Education Center:
The education center provides all the knowledge I needed to improve my skills further and helped me out when I needed it. It consists of the following contents;

The glossary is excellent for all the people who have just gotten into trading and aren’t familiar with terms and words regularly used. They are enlisted alphabetically to make it easier for you to find the words you may be facing difficulty with.

The FAQs are the place for the novices unfamiliar with the ongoing trading and require basic information about it. All the questions are given along with their well-informed answers that are of many benefits.

The eBooks provided cover a vast amount of knowledge, having all that you need to know about trading and how to carry on with your skills and further expand your expertise. This is something that I admired about this website, and that is how willing they are to develop one knowledge and help a trader gain a better and more knowledge-filled experience.
Account Types:
There are a total of 6 account types with various features for people to enjoy.
Self-managed: A good choice for traders who are just starting to get in trading is worth 250 euros and has up to 100 significant leverage and market reviews.
Basic: The basic account type offers market review, senior dedicated manager, 200 significant leverage, trading bonus, basic lucrative spreads, and tier 3 trade room analysis, all worth the cost of 5000 euros.
Gold: The gold account type is worth 10,000 euros and enables the user the ability to access lucrative gold spreads, trading signals, tier 2 trade room access, financial planning, risk management planning, noteworthy venture, private analyst session, and prioritized withdrawal along with the same features of the basic account type.
Platinum: This account has the same pleasures as the gold account but with the addition of lucrative platinum spreads, up to 300 lucrative spreads, complete access to the trade room, and the invitation to the VIP events.
Diamond: The diamond account shares the same advantages as the platinum but with lucrative diamond spreads, up to 400 significant leverage, and a bitcoin package regarding the trade room access all of the price of 50,000 euros.
Libra: The Libra account can be accessed through invitation only; I look forward to getting invited and enjoying the offerings of this account to gain a better perspective on trading.
The Withdrawal Process:
The withdrawal process is understandably a tense part of using any broker as this is the point where the majority is getting scammed. However, my experience with this broker has completely changed my outlook and dread of the withdrawal process.
I had received a confirmation email immediately after my withdrawal of money, which gave me a sense of easing. I started using the basic account, but I outgrew it and was eager to learn more, and then moved on to the gold account. I thought that undergoing this change in account type can be challenging but proven wrong. I liked how this platform has kept everything straightforward and easy for the users.
Payment Methods:
The payments provided by the trading platform should cover the ones that are used by the majority. For example, this platform offers Visa, Bank Wire, and MasterCard. However, I noticed that the most frequently used payment methods like Maestro, PayPal, and IDEAL were not enlisted. If they were to be provided, it would make the withdrawal process for the customer way easier.
Customer Service:
To truly determine the quality of a platform is to judge it by its customer service. This platform can contact them through live chat, telephone line, email, and by filling out a form. They provide telephone service to Austria, Australia, and the UK. In addition, they offer customer service on working days. The live chat option is also available at the bottom right corner of the screen. Unfortunately, they do not provide their telephone service to many other regions, limiting their reach to their customers.
I availed myself of the live chat service and found it pleasurable. I got quick responses with the thoroughly detailed and well-informed data that I required. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my answer, and the service was robust and further helped me with stuff I didn’t know about. I see myself going back and using their services again in the future.

In conclusion, I have enjoyed every feature that this platform had to offer. Starting with the layout, I liked how systemized everything was. It was laid out in an accessible manner with all the information. The security information was also an important feature which was nicely stated. Finally, the Education category was the one that ultimately made this worth my trust. I got to learn a lot about trading and further developed my skills through this trading platform. I have much knowledge while trading on this site.
The customer service was very fulfilling. It gave me the chance to face my concerns head-to-head and got them sorted out in a matter of time. The feedback was quick and responsive. I felt like any of my issues would easily get solved. Furthermore, the payment methods had a good selection despite it lacking PayPal and many other options. Finally, my withdrawal process was nothing short of excellent. I thoroughly relished the time I have spent using this platform and found it very pleasing.
I got to practice my skills and further acknowledge a lot about the professional side of this industry. It can be challenging to trust a broker again after getting scammed as it is never amusing, but after using this platform for two years, I am glad to have a broker that I completely trust with after all the struggles.
