1.    Woolen mill machines

Usually, wool can react to our body temperature and keep us warm when we feel cold and also release heat and moisture when we are hot. These woollen mill machines will be used for developing wool into yarn.

Wool is biodegradable, unlike synthetics. You can create new blankets and throws with scrap and other used wool.

2.    Thread winding machines

For transferring yarn mainly from one kind of package to another one, the winding is done. Also, to remove faults, the improved quality winding is necessary for clearing, packaging, and inspecting the yarn. All these machines are for winding thread onto spools.

3.    Bleaching/dyeing machines

In the textile industry, dyeing is the most important part. Various types of fabric colouration are done in the dyeing section. This technique is used for obtaining an even shade and also with fastness to its final use.

The method for colouring a textile material, where a dye will be applied to the substrate uniformly. When colours of different shades will be applied to the fabric, the dyeing principle will actually work.

By using these scutching machines, cotton seeds are separated from the cotton. Scutching is a certain step in cotton processing in preparation for spinning. Usually, this process is done by hand or using a machine called a scutcher.

5.    Carding machines

This is also known as the spinning heart since the entire major function will be performed in carding. Fibers will be opened to mostly single fibers and all the dirt and dust are removed here.

6.    Spinning machines

Mostly in the textile industry creating the thread through spinning is done before a thread is woven together. With these spinning machines, spin substances like cotton will be spun into a yarn or a piece of thread. To create a fabric piece, the yarn or thread can be knitted or also weaved together.

7.    Yarn gassing machines

Generally, these machines are mainly used to get rid of the extra fuzz and to deepen the colour. Also, for heating the yarn it can be used like a Bunsen burner.
